2. Digital Delivery
All deliverables are provided digitally. Website files are delivered via secure file transfer or deployed directly to your hosting environment. Reports, audits, and documentation are provided as PDF files or through secure online dashboards. Source code is delivered via GitHub or similar version control platforms. Training materials are provided through video recordings and written documentation.
3. Service Agreement
By engaging our services, you agree to provide timely feedback, necessary access credentials, and required content materials. We commit to delivering services within agreed timelines, maintaining professional standards, and providing ongoing support as outlined in your service package. Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise specified in your contract.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive full ownership of custom-developed website code and content created specifically for your project. We retain rights to reuse general frameworks, templates, and methodologies. Third-party licenses (plugins, themes, stock images) remain subject to their original terms.
5. Warranties & Limitations
We warrant that services will be performed professionally and competently. However, we cannot guarantee specific SEO rankings or traffic results as these depend on many external factors. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
